Look below to see what some retailers did for this year's event!
Comix Connection - Mechanicsburg, PA
Comix Connection posted this message on their blog: "Well, that was pretty amazing! Comix Connection's Halloween Comicfest 2014 was the best one yet! Tons of people turned out, thousands of free comic books were given away, packaged/canned food was donated to the York Rescue Mission and the Pennsylvania Food Bank, storewide bargains were snagged, creative costumes were on display and I believe there may have been candy involved... so the only thing left to say is THANK YOU to everyone who helped make the weekend a smash success!"

It looks like there was a slight but noticeable increase in foot traffic (and sales) from the previous years events. Utilizing a lot of the social media (Instagram, Facebook, etc) to promote the event more than paid advertising we feel contributed to the success of the day. It was also pretty cool seeing parents bring their kids in to "test drive" their costumes and get free comics too!

We probably had twice as many people drop by this year and over 60 entries for our costume contest. Also had several guests drop by to sign and sketch for everyone. This event was a big success!!! Looking forward to next year already!
